Audio recording to summarized notes of meeting

I'm looking for a secure way to: 1. audio record a meeting. Preferably through my iphone 2. transcribe the recording 3. make a summary of the meeting My primary concern is data security and privilege (no training models), secondary is cost, and the third is ease of use. Anyone have any suggestions?
